This Privacy Policy for the Public Environmental Data Partners (“PEDP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) describes how we might access, collect, store, use, and/or share (“process”) your information when you use our website and services (“services”), including when you:

- Use the data and screening tools that we provide you access to
- Engage with us in other ways such as contacting us or filing out any of our feedback or forms to get involved, which are Google Forms (opens in a new tab).

What information do we collect? We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you express an interest in getting involved with us and our services or otherwise when you contact us. This may include the following:

We may automatically collect other information when a user visits, uses, or navigates with our services. This may include information about a user’s device and usage, such as which pages are visited, operating system, device location, information about how and when our services are used, and other technical data. This is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our services and is for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.
What information do we share? We may share information you provide internally, but we do not sell or rent your personal information or opt you in to marketing materials from third parties or participating partners. When you fill out the Get Involved form, you also designate if you’d like to opt-in to having your name or affiliation publicly attributed to the work. We will never attribute you or your organization anywhere in the public domain without your consent.
